The next step is to look for a location to open coffee shop. As it is a smaller size, it will not cost you a bomb to build one. Even if it is, you can consider building it up yourself. After location is secured, it is time to look for some good and reliable suppliers. You should order sufficient supplies to keep you business going. Next, you need to create some excitements regarding the opening of your coffee shop. It is important to make people notice you. They will not come to you if you do nothing.

You may consider doing some advertising to attract people. At least for the first one month or so, you can offer your customers some incentives  like free food or some promotional discounts. Think outside the box so that your coffee shop stands out. Remember that this is a growing industry and many people and jumping into the bandwagon.
