Without any sort of external aid and assistance, one can do Kegel exercises for men and achieve the required targets. You first try yourself doing these exercises. In case you are finding it difficult, just try for one week and you will notice a difference by the end of the week. While the results may not be as promising as you would like, it would take time for you to get there.
